At Invero Property Management, we offer a comprehensive suite of building management services designed to ensure the efficient and effective operation of your residential or commercial property. Our services are tailored to your building’s specific needs, ensuring optimal maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

Our Core Building Management Services Include:

  1. Cleaning Services
    • Regular cleaning of all common areas, including entrances, corridors, staircases, parking areas, and garbage areas.
    • We provide all necessary cleaning materials and chemicals.
  2. Lift Maintenance
    • Monthly inspections and maintenance by certified technicians.
    • Any repairs or spare parts will be charged separately.
  3. Pest Control
    • Monthly pest inspections and bi-annual spraying of the sewage system.
  4. Garden Maintenance
    • Monthly visits for garden care and irrigation system maintenance.
    • All necessary fertilizers and chemicals are included.
  5. Insurance for the Building & Public Liability
    • All-risk insurance for the building, along with public liability coverage.
  6. Reserve Fund (Provisional Amount)
    • A recommended amount for future repairs, maintenance, or renovations. This can be adjusted as needed.
  7. Management Fees
    • Covers administrative tasks such as utility bill payments, inspection visits, and management of common expenses.
    • Weekly property inspections to ensure everything is in working     order and address any issues promptly.

Additional Information:

  • Electricity & Water Consumption for communal areas will be divided according to the flat allocations in the complex, based on official utility bills.
  • Any extra maintenance or repairs outside the scope of the listed services will incur additional charges.

Invoices will be issued annually and are typically prepaid, but alternative payment terms can be arranged upon request.
